For a greater comfort of the user, we offer also a premium "Periodic service", in which we make regular, periodic checks of your pool technology in previously agreed time-intervals and scope, to ensure the correct functioning of the technology.

For all pools, installed by us, we work out detailed operating procedures, thus enabling a user with average skills to perform the maintenance. We also process complex operating procedure lists for operating the machinery and the water treatment equipment.

Our service team is able to respond to your telephonic or electronic requests within 48 hours by default during business days. In an emergency situation, it is possible to arrange for a shorter time of the servicemen deployment.
